hey everybody its sun. that means lots of time on the couch witching football. sundays are great days to have off from training, u just relax and eat! i always feel great on monday if i eat big on sunday. i still havent figured out this email problem yet, its really pissing me off! i promise to everyone, i will resolve the problem. i may have to start another email account, which is annoying because then i have to change my website and all my business cards! im praying i can figure out the problem. i apologize to everyone trying to get a hold of me, im workin on it! last nite i had a great dinner at outback. i've been there at least once a week for quite some time now. thats all for today, im going to try to figure out this email situation, ill keep you all posted. have a great day.
