o.k. everybody, i found out whats going on with my email. powerhouse gym is re-doing there website, so its shut down. my whole business is run through that website. it should hopefully be back up soon. for now, anyone who needs to reach me can email me at pjbraunfitness@yahoo.com. im sorry for any inconvenience. today is the day before my surgery! i have a leg workout today, and then im out for a little bit. im excited to get it over with, it just sucks that i have to take a break from training! i want to say again that im sorry to everyone wondering why i haven't answered my emails, i promise to answer every one as soon as i can access the page again! i will keep you posted!
