whats up every body! i finally got to do a half way decent workout yesterday. normally i like to do quads and hams on the same day, but since i still cant really train chest, i decided to split the legs up into 2 days so i can be in the gym some more. yesterday i did quads, i started with 6 lite sets of leg extensions doing high reps,next i moved on to hack squats where i did 4 lite sets, then i went to the leg press where i did 4 more lite sets, and finally i finished with some single leg-leg presses for 3 sets. i also did calves and abs. today will be all hamstrings. it felt good to be training again, i hate holding myself back, but i know i have to. did anyone watch the football game last nite? bret favre is the man, what a game! favre is an inspiration to so many people, to be playing at the level he is playing at, at nearly 40 years old is incredible! unfortunately, nobody is gonna catch the pats, there just head and shoulders above everybody else. dont forget that i will be at the EAST COAST BODYBUILDING FITNESS AND FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS, this saturday at kennedy high school in the totowa section of paterson NJ. stop by and say hi if your in the area. thats it for today. ill be back tomorrow.
