hey everybody, its thursday morning. 2 days after my surgery. im so bored all ready, plus i cant get comfortable because of the pain. i go back to the doctor tomorrow for my post-op check up. im really swollen! i cant wait to get back into the gym. i feel so dirty because im not aloud to bath until the doctor gives me permission, i need a good hot shower bad! i have a new member to my household, his name is kitty. yesterday nicole brought him home from a shelter, he is only 3 months old! kitty was abandoned with about 60 other kittens in a crate in mt. vernon, ny. he is very timid around people right now, hopefully he will realize we dont want to harm him. kitty has been keeping me company since im trapped in the house. any way, i discovered something i think u should all try. i take my vanilla ISOLYZE and mix it with various different flavors of crystal lite! its delicious, u can come up with some crazy flavors that u would never be able to get at a gnc or health food store! another great idea is to mix some sugar free metamucil in with the vanilla ISOLYZE, it tastes just like an orange creamsicle! try them out, i bet you'll love it. thats all for today, i have more updates coming to the members area so stay tuned!
