hey everybody, i got some bad news yesterday. all though the doctor says im healing fine, he said i wont be able to work out on monday like i originally planned. i cant workout until my swelling and bleeding stops! yesterday i had to get a bunch of blood drained out. im back in the gym training clients again, but i cant pick anything up or rack weights yet. i just gotta keep hoping that each day it will get a little better. btw-my kitty is bad! he keeps us up all nite! i have to take him and lock him in another room otherwise he jumps on nicoles head all nite and the poor girl gets up at 4 everyday!LOL! just to let everyone now i will be at tatiana butlers show in jersey on nov 3rd, i hope to see some of you there. ill be at pre judging as well as nite because i have a client competing in the teenage bodybuilding division. anyone in the jersey area should come check it out! keep sending me emails i love to hear what you have to say! have a great day everyone.
