well, im at two full weeks since my surgery, and just when i thought things were getting somewhat positive, i woke up with a bad sore throat this morning! i just finished my antibiotics on friday, i hope i dont have to take any more. i go back to the doctor again on wed. im hoping that i get the ok to do some lite leg work. oh well, ill be back in the gym soon. send me an email and let me know what you think of the new members updates! ill talk to ya soon.
