well its monday, and im getting ready to get a check up from my dr to see how im recovering. i have a feeling im going to have to get more blood drained out because im still swollen. im going to start training lite this week. its been long enough. today im going to do quads, tomorrow im going to do hams, then i will take off on wednsday. i think this protocol should work out well because i will be resting my upper body still. on thursday im going to do some back, friday im going to do shoulders, and ill do arms on saturday. then hopefully i can start training chest again next week. i had a nice relaxing weekend but now its time to get back to work. keep sending me emails i love to here from you. have a great day!
