well its finally here, my surgery's today. im not really nervous, i just want to get it over with. my procedure is at noon, it should only take about an hour. i have nurse nicole taking care of me, so im sure ill be fine! yesterday was my last work out for a little while, they say the recovery is 2-4 weeks. i wont be able to do anything overhead for that time. as soon as i feel ready i will start training legs again. everyone, please email me! i need something to do while im stuck in the house. dont forget to check out 6 new videos in the members section as well as all the olympia pics! ill talk to ya all soon!
