i hope everybody had a fun halloween yesterday. i didnt dress up, but i did go to outback steakhouse with my buddy edj. gotta love outback, they never do me wrong! today im going to try to train my back, im gonna stick to machines and hammerstrength but hopefully i can get a decent pump without hurting myself. wish me luck! ill talk to ya all tomorrow.
