nov 12

i hope everyone had a great weekend, i did. now its monday, time to get back to work. i always start my week of with a big bang by training legs. its all about squats for me, the rest is a piece of cake once im done with all my squats. the squat is the king of all exercises, unless you have some serious injury, everyone should squat! im also not taking wed off this week like i normally do because i know im not going to get to train on friday when i get out to texas for nationals. this morning i was 241. i definitely filled out quite a bit just from getting back in the gym. hopefully i can train my chest somewhat hard this week. thats all for today, send me an email if you have any questions!
