sunday came and went like a blurr. nicole and i lounged all day. we went over to my grandparents house to chill for a little while, but thats all we did. i made a fire in the fire place last nite. i dont think it did much to heat our house, but it looks cool,lol. today is big legs, i gotta get my quad sweep bigger this year. its all about confusion and changing my squat position around to keep my legs guessing. to all my members and fans and friends, i have a cool new update coming soon. its secret for now, but i will let you know soon. keep in touch via email. have a great day!
