had a great back workout yesterday, i was able to go fairly heavy. i got a very good pump and today im pretty sore. today im going to do shoulders, traps, calves and abs. i can feel myself starting to fill back out. im still a little softer than usual, but i think i will loose that soon as well. tomorrow my boy MR. G. will be competing in the masters division at the npc easterns in tribeca. anyone in the area should come check it out. bev francis' shows are allways great! afterwards the whole md crew will be going out to eat in the city, it should be a very fun time! i hope to see some of you there, come say hi if you see me!
