yesterday i blasted back and had another great workout. i have been starting my back workouts with the same 4 exercises for the last 3 weeks, and it just keeps getting better and better. old school T-bar rows in the corner are first, i work up to 5 plates. next i do 3 sets of dumbbell rows with 130lb dumbbells(those are the heaviest my gym carries) then its 3 sets of wide grip lat pull downs to the front, followed by a close grip pull down sitting backwards facing away from the stack. i then do a 5th exercise to really finish myself off, this 5th exercise i usually vary. today is shoulders, traps, abs and calves. training is going great! i am really trying to reach my goal of 260 by x-mas! have a great day everybody.
