started out strong yesterday,repping out 315 on the flat bench like it was nothing! on my last set , i decided to do a drop from 315-225 to see how many reps i could get. on my first rep with 225 i felt a strange pull in my left pec and stopped immediately. there is no way i am going to let myself get hurt now! after that i just did some lite flys from different angles to get some extra blood flow, i took some pics, and will be taking more as the week goes on, so stay tuned for updates! today is a rest day, and im doing just that. lots of updates are on there way so stay tuned!
