once again, another great back work out. back has been going great for me, very consistent. after my workout yesterday i met up with my buddies EDJ and anthony at ruby tuesdays for a steak. thanks EDJ! today i am training shoulders, traps, calves and abs. christmas is right around the corner and i still havent gone shopping yet, thats how i do it. last minnite shopper,lol. today is a sad day, the gym i grew up in is officially closed. i am going over today to help the owner move.Power house gym in brookfield ct is done. this gym is where i learned most of what i know, i made lots of good friends there over the years and even worked the desk as a teen into my early 20's. i have many great memories from that gym. powerhouse was the last hardcore gym in my area, i will miss that place so much! on a positive note, the owner is opening a different gym in a new location called NO LIMIT FITNESS. i wish him the best luck, and i will keep you updated on what happens with the new gym and how it works out. until tomorrow, have a great day everyone!
