hey everybody. its thursday and im getting ready for a great back workout. yesterday i went down to manhattan to see my new agent Mike Lyons. Mike works with some big name guys like Palumbo and Frank Sepe. we met and talked about some things. whatever happens now, happens. my bad shoulder has been really hurting lately, but i have to just deal with it. the pain gets pretty severe at times, but im not getting surgery. just gotta work around the pain. thats all for today, send me an email and say hello!
