long day yesterday. i waited around my house all day for the second time for sears to come and service my hot water heater... they didn't come. i am really pissed over this whole thing, it sucks not having hot water! they are supposed to come today. sears has a really shitty operation going on when it comes to the service department. i trained shoulders last nite, and despite the lack of food i had yesterday, i was quite strong. i went up to 120 lb dumbbells for my work sets of shoulder press and then at the end i did a burn out set with the 100s for 19 reps. last nite i watched the movie superbad with nicole and i gotta say, it was hilarious! today is arms, as soon as the hot water guy comes im out of here to train. thats all for today, have a great weekend!
