had a great shoulder workout yesterday. felt really strong and had a great pump going. today is arms, hopefully my tendinitis wont hold me back. im not sure where im going to train yet since powerhouse(brookfield, where i normally train arms) is closed. ill see how the day goes. i am finally going christmas shopping tomorrow with one of my buddies, another last minnute shopper like myself. im sure were in for a stressful time. time to run. ill talk to ya all tomorrow, have a great day.
