VEGAS BABY! this is it, im gettin ready to leave right now! flyin out of jfk at 12:30. i got the new issue of muscular development to read on the plane, bags are packed, im totally fired up! no workout today (trained back yesterday) so its all about getting there, gettin settled, and gettin on the strip! im going to take some video footage out there so be sure to go to the members section and check it out! keep the emails coming and i will try to answer all of them while im out there. i heard that the newest pro erik fankhauser is shooting a in the trenches for md on saturday morning, im going to try to get to where the shoot is so i can show him up! ill keep ya all posted. talk to ya all soon!
