boy is it tough being a jets fan! its gonna be another long season for the jets. anyway, today is monday which means big legs, im going to train a little harder than i did last week, but, im still somewhat taking in easy because you just cant just jump into crazy training right after a show. your just asking to tear something. 2 more weeks and ill be at the olympia! VEGAS BABY! its nicoles birthday the day of the olympia so were gonna party it up. im planning on having a video camera out there to take some video footage for my members area, so be sure to check it out. i look forward to reading ur emails so dont be afraid to write! ill talk to you all soon, train hard but pay attention to your body and know your limits.
