whats up everybody, back from atlantic city, got some info. for starters i made it down there in sick time, then parked in the wrong hotel cuz im in idiot. after taking a taxi to the correct hotel, i was ready for the show. i diddnt really pay attention to the fitness, but in figure i couldnt believe who won. the girl who won the figure had no buisiness even being in the top 5, its sad when u see that happen. womens light weight snd heavyweight bodybuilding was judged very well, with lisa aukland(who is 48) crushing everyone! lisa aukland has better calves then alot of men i know! mens bodybuilding was exciting, alot of guys brought there best packages to this one. 5th-my boy craig richardson, he came in freakin shredded, best conditioning in the show, he could have placed as high as 3rd in my opinion and no one would complain. craig is a good, family oriented guy and i wsh him the best! 4th- melvin anthony- best overall bodybuilder in the show, but he had the worst condition in the top 5 by far and that is why his placing slipped(smallest waist ive ever seen on a grown man). 3rd- david henry- not a big guy, but, perfectly proportioned, and seriously shredded! 2nd-darrem charles, came in the same as allways, not very impressive from the back, this is where he lost it. darrem deffinately had the best posing routine of the nite. 1st-johnny jackson-wow- the best ive ever seen hin, huge traps, back and pecs, his condition was also at the tightest ive seen him so far. congrats johnny-you looked outstanding.
i hung out with colette nelson and nicole the whole time, we had alot of fun, SHOUT OUT TO MR G. thanks for the burger bro, ill see you at the o'. made it home about 3:45am and went to bed. thats it for today, i gotta park my ass on the couch and watch football allday! go jets- hipefully they dont get there asses kicked to bad!
