ok, ill try this again, for some reasom my blog i allready posted today did not appear on my page. ?... Anyway, i hope everyone is doing great! im off ftrom the gym today, but, im gonna go sit in the sauna for 30 minn and sweat out some of this unsightly water my body has been holding since the competition. Thats just something every bodybuilder has to deal with after a competition. A couple of days and ill be in Atlantic city, i cant wait, Nicole and I R goin out there on sat to watch the show, and then hopefully find something crazy to do afterwards!!! Thats all i got for today, ill talk to ya all soon.
