april 24

Good chest work out on tuesday. I went up to 85lb dumbbells for incline flys and then I went to my incline Barbell presses. I lost 2 reps on each set compared to when I start with the press fresh. Yesterday I went to Dr. Mike to get alot of work done(elbow, shoulder, back and knees) I was pretty beat up by the time I left, but today I feel much better. Today I have back and I hope to continue my streak of great back workouts!

Rumor has it you're rebounding after a surgery you had awhile back, and you're looking damn good. I heard around 270 and pretty sick. I'm a big fan bro. Keep it up and post some pic's on the myspace or the site! Let us know what's goin' on!
