Very light today- 237.5. pretty flat, but very lean. I will bust my ass through today then eat up again tomorrow. Training is going awesome. I have some freaks to train legs and chest with! I am feeling confident and ahead of schedule. Wish I could sleep better, but that's always been an issue for me.
Congrats to my boy and fellow SPECIES sponsored athlete Juan "Diesel" Morel for top call out last nite at the North Americans. Juan looked Nasty and should finish no worse than 2nd!
