Check out my clients (Andrea and Jay) before and after pics in the training section of my website. I am very proud of there accomplishments, both completely changed the way they look. Andrea was a Figure competitor who want to make the transition into female bodybuilding, while Jay simply wanted to get himself in the best shape of his life. Jay actually looks like he could get on stage right now and Andrea did get on stage! Both were a pleasure to work with. I am always looking for now people to be before and afters on my website.
