I went down to Bev Francis' Gym in Syossett yesterday to shoot an arm workout for www.rxmuscle.com. It was the first time I have done an arm video since 2007 with Evan Centopani. I think the video will go over pretty well with the fans, Juan Diesel (my partner for the video) and I did a lot of volume. I am excited for it to come out. At the end of the video we did some posing.
Training is going well, and the business is keeping me busy, I have a bunch of clients competing in the near future!
