Nov 5

Its almost 3 weeks since I left Atlanta now and I think my rebound has finally slowed. I was 247.4 yesterday but 246.6 today and this is the first day it hasn't gone up. I am very excited about what is going on these first three weeks and I am assuming I can still capitalize on this rebound another 2-3 weeks! Ideally I would like to be a very solid 255 at the end of those 2-3 weeks and I will then back off and take it easy so I can let my system clean out for about 6-8 weeks. My body could use a bit of down time. I am back to training intense and I love it! The pumps I am getting are great!!
So far I am only training 4 days a week:
Mon- legs
Tues- chest
Wed- off
Thurs- back
Fri- shoulders and arms
sat and sun- off
Next week I am going to get back to a 5 day split.
