First off let me start by saying I am not 35olbs, I am currently 252lbs!! lol, sorry for the typo in my last blog!
My good buddy Aaron Singerman the host of OFF Topic Radio, is here visiting CT for the next two days. I picked him up last night from the airport. Poor Aaron's luggage was lust and has finally just arrived a whole day later so now he can finally get his ass in the shower and we can go do something! lol
We are going to go to the Montanari Bros golds to train. I haven't been there in a few months and am really looking forward to it. Aaron is gonna love this gym. I am sure he hasnt been to a gym like this before!
All in all training is going well. Still doing cardio at least 5 days a week and eating lots of clean food.
