may 6

Felt good to be back in the gym for legs on Monday, but my hip is still very tight! I need to get some more deep tissue work and focus on some flexibility! Yesterday was chest and I decided to do some flat bench, after I did my heavy sets I repped out 225 for 40 reps. That was a personal best. Every now and then its good to do something out of the ordinary like that. Today is a rest day and I am taking full advantage of it!

i am a young teen with gynecomastia ive had it for years it has messed up my life ive been weight training for lik a year now and it still wont help this problem. If i get the fat out my body will the problem go or go own at least any advice ?
