As i said yesterday, I went down to Bev Francis' Powerhouse gym in Syosset Long Island yesterday to shoot a back video. The video went pretty well, and I think the voice over went well too. The video is edited down, so its kinda quick, but I am moving some decent weight and I think its pretty informative!
