Off day today and I took full advantage and did nothing but rest! Sometimes its good to do that, sit around, eat and relax! Tomorrow its back to the grind for back. My back workouts have been going awesome lately and I'm getting pretty strong on certain exercises! So far this weeks training has been solid. My hips are a little tight and sore, and my left forearm is still bothering me. Other than those two things, I'm feeling great!

Any lasting problems when it comes to training for you competitions. Looks like you definitely recovered from that minor setback.
