quick blog today, i slept in and now im running late. today is my last arm workout before the surgery. i gotta go extra hard! i've trained each body part extremely hard this week, and i've caught much of it on my camera. members will be able to see tons of training pics from this whole week of training. hey members, email me on what kind of stuff you want to see in the vip area. i gotta run, i hope you all have a great day!

im starting out with a big shout out to my friend anthony at powerhouse gym in brewster. thanks for helping me with the pics this week! to all my members, ive got tons of training pics coming to the vip section, and anthony is the man taking most of them. for those of u in the west side of danbury, new fairfield or the brewster area, i highly recommend powerhouse gym in brewster. its located on top of the brewster ice arena, i train there all the time. just stop by and ask for anthony, tell him pj sent you! for those of u who tried voting for nicole on iforce.com yesterday and had problems, please try again today! im getting closer to the big surgery day on tuesday, im a little bummed because i dont want to miss training. as ive said before, i havent missed more than a week in 8 years! im sure my body needs the rest. im gonna use the time to add some great new stuff to my website. i've been meeting some great new people via email! keep em coming i love to here from you, and i want to help you reach your goals! thats it for today, members let me know what u think of the olympia pics! talk to ya all tomorrow!

whats up everybody. its been exactly 1 month since i launched the site, and im at 1000 total views! i want it to keep on growing, tell all your friends to check it out. it cant be to busy for me, the more the merrier! ATTENTION MEMBERS- what do u want to see in the members section, email me and let me know! its wed, no training for me today, yesterday was chest and i really mixed it up! for those of u who do lots of barbell presses try doing a workout where u dont do any barbells, just dumbbells and machines, i guarantee you will shock your body into growth! not much going on otherwise, u can see some shots of nicole and i from the olympia expo on muscular development.com in the paparazzi section. thats all for today, talk to you all tomorrow.

hey everybody, let me start off by saying im sorry for not blogging out in vegas, i had a problem hooking up my computer and was unable to use it. i dont even no where to start, but, the olympia was an amazing experience filled with highs and lows! thursday we flew out of jfk, which is the worst, most confusing, inconvenient airport i have ever flown out of. o.k., the first nite i met one of the barbarian brothers, peter. he is absolutely out of his mind and believes he has healing powers, he also smells like he hasn't showered since the 80's. he calls himself the knight of the light, hilarious. friday morning i was up by 7 to go to the gym. nicole, billy guns, colette nelson and myself all trained at the golds gym on flamingo ave, a really nice gym, lots of great equipment. friday i went to the olympia expo all day. the expo is insane, every sport company u can think of sets up a booth and promotes there products with the best bodybuilders and the hottest fit women. there were thousands of people in and out all day long. friday nite i ate dinner with nicole for her birthday at delmonacos, a restaurant owned by emeril lagasse. we had a nice dinner and then we hit the strip for a while. nicole and i played a little roulette, she did not know how to play so i told her to just pick red or black for me, we wound up walking away with an extra 160 bucks. saturday i was up early again to train arms with colette nelson at golds. miss olympia iris kyle was there doing a photo shoot, she looked incredible. bill comstock was there doing a video of eric fankanhauser, the guy who won the north americans. his legs are out of this world, biggest calves ive ever seen, but his upper ody is way behind the pro level. went to the expo again on sat to help out the muscular development crew at the alr booth. mr g, md's hype man had the crowd going nuts as the crew was tossing out t-shirts to spectators. there was a battle of the forums between getbig.com and md. get big's rep vince(this dude who looked like a fat steve erkil) posed down against md's billy guns. billy guns blew him away and won 1500 dollars worth of supplements from alr! the finals for the olympia srarted at 7. my seats were terrible but i really diddnt care, just being there was a dream come true! the end result was controversial to say the least. jay cutler was way off, and victor martinez had what it took to beet him. the crowd was pissed at jays victory. ronny coleman fell to 4th in his final olympia as a competitor. i will never forget his farewell speech, the crowd gave him a standing ovation. ronnie coleman is a true champion who inspired me and thousands of others, its sad to see him go! the most exciting competitor to see by far was dennis wolf, this guy, at only 28, battled it out with jay cutler in the posedown, he either matched him or beat him in every pose. wolf was by far the crowd favorite. after the olypia i went out to dinner with nicole, dave palumbo, collete nelson, billy guns, mr g, and his brother bobby. then it was on to victor martinez's after party! the party was at pure nite club, everyone was there, i pretended i was with the press and cut the whole line, haha, lol! steve blechman, the ceo of musculardevelopment was there, hes a nice guy, he told me to do the junior nationals, so it looks like that will be the game plan! dorian yates was there, troy alves, gerard dente, the ceo of mhp, lots of other pros and top amatures. the problem was that it was so over crowded that u couldnt even move! after about 30 minn i left. i wound up chillin in this lounge till about 4am mith md's john romano. we had a much better time in the lounge. over all vegas is an awesome place, u can eat at the most amazing buffets and see some really spectacular sites. getting a taxi is a major pain in the ass, and i wasted a lot of money traveling out there. there is something for eveyone in vegas, a great place to visit.
