I had a great birthday weekend! Started on Friday night and went right through to the Superbowl. I spent alot of time with loved ones and great friends and ate a ton of good food!
My current body weight is exactly 250lbs. This week I am going back to my regular 5 day split. Still not full speed yet, but stepping it up more and more each week!
I want to thank all the people on the Forums, facebook and everywhere else for making this birthday really special!
