SO I have been having the most Intense week of workouts and things were going great until today...My phone is destroyed, yup its done. I lost all my contacts!!! I lost so many numbers and I don't remember anything off the top of my head! So everyone please email my your numbers to pjbraunfitness@yahoo.com I got a crazy new blackberry today with Internet access so once I figure out how to use this damn thing I will store all your numbers.
Tomorrow I head to NYC for Team Universe. So many of my friends are competing its going to be a really awesome and LONG weekend. Good Luck to my client Nicole Vitale who looks amazing!
